More fun than I expected!

Staying here was quite the adventure! The location near Taksim Square is excellent, making it perfect for exploring. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even guiding us to nearby ATMs. Unfortunately, cleanliness and breakfast variety could improve, but the lively atmosphere more than made up for it!

A fantastic location just a short walk from Taksim Square made exploring the area easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing great service. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Also, the breakfast lacked variety and wasn't very enjoyable.

Great location but some hiccups

The hotel is super close to Taksim Square and lots of eateries, which is a big plus! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Mr Basel who made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was decent too, though not very varied. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was pretty unreliable during our stay.

Amazing location, very helpful staff!

However, the central air conditioning system proved to be a real hassle. I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room, and battling heat in April at a ridiculous 28 degrees was no fun. One elevator remained non-functional, which made getting to different floors a logistical challenge. I also noticed glaring inconsistencies in the room preparations. not only did a few amenities appear to be missing, but loud flushing noises from the bathroom fixtures were nothing short of distracting. Lastly, the breakfast selection varied, but the service was hit-or-miss in terms of timely replenishment which left me waiting for basics.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel where the staff were super friendly and even showed us how to use the nearby ATM. We loved chilling in their cozy lounge and enjoying the relaxing rooftop terrace. The only hiccup was the room temperature, which was pretty warm, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

The breakfast was surprisingly delightful, a great spread each morning that filled you right up! Plus, the staff were incredibly warm, especially one guy who was always ready to help with anything we needed.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a weekend trip in Istanbul with good value for price. The staff helped us with tea and maps while we waited to check in, which was nice. Be sure to double-check breakfast arrangements if you have an early flight.

This place suits me perfectly with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and great air conditioning. They helped with my late check-in, which I remember. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and I'm coming back for a holiday.

The location of Inntel Hotel Istanbul is fantastic, just a short walk to Taksim Square and many local attractions. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the cozy room, which had a comfortable bed and a good shower with strong water pressure.

My stay was incredibly frustrating due to the unbearable room temperature. The central AC was set to heating, making our room extremely hot. Despite multiple complaints, the staff could not resolve the issue, which ruined our comfort during the stay.
